VMECA Vacuum Cartridge

The Vacuum pump system is created by installing one or more VMECA Vacuum Cartridges into
appropriate sized holes made in customer supplied material. The customer Determines the design, size and style of the system.

VMECA VACUUM CARTRIDGE IS...

  • Extremely compact in size and very light weight
  • High vacuum flow rate (3X higher) and an extremely quick response time (about 1.5x greater) compared to typical and conventional air-ejectors.
  • Maintains vacuum despite fluctuations and drops in air pressure (operating using compressed air at a pressure of 3~6bar / 43.5~87psi)
  • Located at or near the point of use thus reducing system volume, increasing speed and reducing cycle time.

VC102 : An extremely compact, patented design, multistage vacuum ejector.
Small size and high vacuum level (-85kPa / 25.1inHg) at very low (1.7bar / 24.6psi) inlet air pressure.

VC202 : Small size. Suitable for applications that require high operational reliability despite fluctuating or low compressed-air pressure.

Three-stage Cartridge

VC203 : Extremely large vacuum flow. Suitable for applications that require high operational reliability despite fluctuating or low compressed-air pressure.
